At first, I wasn’t too sure about the decision of having him represent my case. He is kind of quick and dismissive when speaking to you which comes off as rude -Specially if this is your first lawsuit. In August of 2020, during a routine drive I was struck by a distracted driver who ran a stop sign, disregarded a traffic signal and struck the tail end of my vehicle causing my vehicle to flip over on its side. Luckily, I remembered that Gerard once helped my brother settle some traffic issues, thus putting him on track of renewing a sense of normality.

I called my brother and he highly recommended Gerard and told me that he held him in high regard. I called Gerard and he agreed to take on my case. The rest became a back and forth medical see saw between all sorts of specialists. Gerard skillfully referred me to an orthopedic, chiropractor, acupuncturist, physical therapist, and finally a spine surgeon.

Gerard was extremely strategic in getting me the best care. He put my health above money. He made sure that all alternative treatments were utilized before surgery. Eventually, neck surgery became the last and final option. At first, I was hesitant, but my trust in Gerard prompted me to agree to the surgery. After my surgery, I spent a month recovering from the pain. After 8 months the pain in my upper back was virtually eradicated. Gerard combines grit, assertiveness, and a no-nonsense attitude in dealing with the opposition. He is highly skilled and very strategic in winning auto accident cases. My settlement was four times more than what I expected. Allowing Gerard to represent me has changed my life. I really do not know how to thank him.
